Jumping Into Sukkot
Loyalty to HaShem is based on the belief that gives you the sense that HaShem is with you all the time.
The succah is a symbol that HaShem is with you all the time. We are obligated to stay in your succah as much as we stay in your own home the rest of the year.
Also, the sukkah completely surrounds you. There are very few mitzvot that do this.
These two lessons teach us that HaShem is with us all the time and in every place around . . . surrounding us.
This is why a succah, which has too great a height, is invalid. If too high it will not remind us that HaShem is above us.
